We spoke with the Salesforge team to learn more about their journey, their cutting-edge products, and what’s next for this trailblazing startup.

Can you give us a brief overview of Salesforge AI and the inspiration behind its creation?

Salesforge Team: Salesforge was born out of a need to solve pain points our CEO Frank experienced firsthand during his career. Frank had been the head of sales at high-profile companies, and often found that scaling sales teams traditionally required hiring more reps. He believed this wasn’t the optimal solution.

Together with two exceptional engineers, Daniel Sanchez and Dovydas Volodko, Frank set out to build a better way. Their vision was to help companies build a highly effective sales pipeline with minimal headcount and the highest success rate. 

After just a year in business, Salesforge grew to a team of 30. Today we’re well on our way to becoming the world’s #1 pipeline-building software.

How does Salesforge AI’s technology transform the sales process? 

Salesforge Team: How seamlessly our products complement each other, addressing real-world sales challenges with precision. Every feature is designed with a deep understanding of sales teams’ needs, making our tools both practical and impactful.

Adaptability is key, and our products evolve constantly to align with the latest industry trends and customer feedback.

What advice would you give to entrepreneurs working with AI?

Salesforge Team: Blend AI with your human team. Our tools are designed to make life easier for sales experts, not replace them. We believe the future of sales lies in the synergy between people and AI. This perspective is critical for anyone building or using AI-powered solutions.

Can you share a success story of how Salesforge has made an impact for a client?

Salesforge Team: A great example is Leansales.tech, a B2B lead generation agency. In their early years, our products helped them establish a “lean and mean” sales pipeline.

Here’s what their founder, Vytas Mikulenas, shared:
"With a small investment of time and money, I often receive so many leads that I have to pause my campaigns. Additionally, the translation feature was very helpful when entering German-speaking markets for my clients."

We’ve generated thousands of positive replies across our customer base, with 12.4% of replies being positive—far above industry benchmarks. This is thanks to our tools’ ability to craft emails that feel personalized and relevant.

What does winning the e-Revolutionaries Startup of the Year mean to Salesforge?

Salesforge Team: Winning this award has extended our reach. It’s brought in more customers, job applicants and investor interest. For the team, it’s a proud moment that reinforces our commitment to building the best suite of AI sales tools out there.

Being part of the e-Revolutionaries competition was an incredible experience, and this recognition motivates us to push even further.

What’s next for Salesforge AI?

Salesforge Team: Our vision is to create a comprehensive Forge of products that covers every stage of the sales process. Right now, we offer tools like:
